On Tuesday, Tucker pleading guilty and was sentenced with 68 days given as credit for time already served, according to Fox17. As a part of the deal for Tucker to plead guilty to felony assault, the charge for killing the puppy was dropped.

Tucker was first charged with domestic violence back in 1997. He was arrested and charged for the same thing in 2001 and 2004.

This is not the first domestic violence charge for Tucker.

In October 2006, Tucker was arrested on a felony charge of fleeing from a police officer. He was back in court in 2008 after writing fake checks.

Tucker was in trouble for domestic violence again in May 2013, and his fifth and most recent domestic violence arrest took place last November.
