On Tuesday, Tucker pleading guilty and was sentenced with 68 days given as credit for time already served, according to Fox17. As a part of the deal for Tucker to plead guilty to felony assault, the charge for killing the puppy was dropped.

This is not the first domestic violence charge for Tucker.
In October 2006, Tucker was arrested on a felony charge of fleeing from a police officer. He was back in court in 2008 after writing fake checks.
