Chesapeake, Va. – Chesapeake Police are looking to identify two people who attempted to steal merchandise from a store in the 1500 block of Sam’s Circle.
Police say on December 16th, an unknown white female tried to leave the store with nearly $900 in merchandise. While she was leaving the store, an unknown black male distracted an employee.
The employee caught up to the female and both she and the black male fled on foot, leaving the shopping cart filled with clothing and groceries behind.
