Amarillo, Texas. – A 120-pound Nebraska woman has a new claim to fame.
Molly Schuyler ate not one but two 72 oz. steaks at Amarillo’s Big Texan Steak Ranch.
Most who attempt the challenge cannot finish one steak. However Schuyler put away two of the 72 oz. steaks in less than 20 minutes. (She’s a competitive eater who competes in All Pro Eatingcontests.)
Schuyler posted the full video of her eat-a-thon on YouTube and said she plans to return for another challenge.
The Bellevue, Nebraska, native said she is going to attempt to consume three entire meals in under an hour.
