10 arrested after multiple assaults on King’s Fork student

Suffolk, Va. - Several arrests have been made after an investigation into three separate assaults on a King's Fork High School student.

The first incident occurred on January 14th at approximately 3:45 p.m. on the bus ramp at the school. Police say a 16-year-old male student was assaulted by a number of other students.

The other two incidents happened on January 23rd shortly before 8:00 a.m. in the 100 block of Wellons Street and then again around 8:15 a.m. at the school.

As a result of the investigation, 10 students (two adults and eight juveniles) were arrested.

  • Trayqwon Stallings

    Trayqwon Demico Stallings, age 19, was charged with Conspiracy to Commit Felony, Recruitment of Juvenile to Prohibited Street Gang, and Participate in Crime for Gang.

  • Aaron Demetrius Chalk, Jr., age 18, was charged with Malicious Wounding by Mob, Participation in Prohibited Street Gang, Conspiracy to Commit Felony and Recruitment of Juvenile to Prohibited Street Gang. He is currently being held at the Western Tidewater Regional Jail.
  • Juvenile #1, on a total of 5 charges including Malicious Wounding by Mob, 3 counts of Participation in Prohibited Street Gang, and Conspiracy to Commit Felony
  • Juvenile #2, on a total of 3 charges including Malicious Wounding by Mob, Participation in Prohibited Street Gang, and Conspiracy to Commit Felony
  • Juvenile #3, on 1charge of Conspiracy to Commit Felony
  • Juvenile #4, on 5 charges including Malicious Wounding by Mob, 2 counts of Participation in Prohibited Street Gang, Conspiracy to Commit Felony, and

  • Juvenile #7, Petitions on file for Assault & Battery and Conspiracy/Gang Participation
  • Juvenile #8, Petitions on file for Gang Participation/Conspiracy

Because of the nature of the investigation, officials are not able to talk about the status of the victim.

NET units are working at the schools to continue this investigation and to ensure the safety of the school.
