UPDATE: After going missing a second time within a week, Rashad Holder has again been found safe police say.
Virginia Beach, Va. – Police need your help to find a missing and endangered 12-year-old in Virginia Beach.
They are looking for Rashad Holder who needs medication.
He was last seen at around 5:45 p.m. at Sams Club on 3345 Virginia Beach Blvd.
He is described as a black male who stands about 5’5″ and weighs 160 pounds.
He is wearing a long sleeve thermal shirt and black and red basketball shorts. He has black hair that is cut into a mohawk style.
