Newport News, Virginia – Fire officials are investigating the cause of an early morning fire in the laundry facility at Cottage Grove apartments in Newport News.
The fire was called in shortly before 4:00am in the 5700 block of Fairfax Avenue.
Officials say there was very little damage to the laundry facility and the fire was extinguished quickly.
No one was injured.
