Norfolk, Va. - The Norfolk Admirals partnered with Grassfield High School's DECA program to host an Ellie's Hats collection event at their game Saturday. Ellie's Hats is an organization that collects hats for children battling cancer. Founder Jay Coakley was in Norfolk to celebrate the event and the organizations one year anniversary.
