Suffolk, Va. – Suffolk Police and Suffolk Fire and Rescue personnel responded to a two vehicle accident with entrapment on Monday morning, officials tell NewsChannel 3.
Emergency Communications received the call at 6:10 a.m. advising of the collision at Sleepy Hole Road and Kings Highway, involving an 18-wheeler and a small passenger van.
