Chesapeake, Va. – Police are searching for a woman who they say was caught on camera for stealing a jacket from a local store.
On December 21, 2014 a woman put on a $90 jacket inside of a clothing store located in the 1500 block of Sam’s Circle; she then left the store without paying for it, according to police.
