Hertford County, NC -  John Jackson and Nita Jackson, the parents of six men who were accused of sexually abusing their younger sister, are back behind bars.

They were charged with several counts of child abuse and for being an accessory after the fact to sexual abuse.

John Jackson was arrested again on Feb. 3rd by Perquimans County Sheriff's deputies.

Nita Jackson was arrested on Feb. 5th after she was pulled over for a traffic violation.

The Jacksons were free on bond since they were released after their sons were arrested last year back in May. According to the report, the Jacksons were charged based on allegations they knew about the sexual abuse but failed to stop it.

Their sons have all been charged after allegations they had sex with their younger sister over a 10-year period.
