Man wanted for stealing gas powered trimmers from Virginia Beach Walmart

Virginia Beach, Va. – Police need help identifying a suspect wanted for stealing several gas powered trimmers from a local Walmart store.

It happened on Wednesday, January 21, 2015 at approximately 12:30 a.m. at the Walmart located at 2021 Lynnhaven Pkwy.

The person in the surveillance image was seen cutting the fence that surrounds the lawn and garden area. He then removed several gas powered trimmers through the cut fence and left the scene in a late 1980’s/early 90’s Cadillac, police say. The Cadillac is dark in color and has a white or gray hood. The suspect was accompanied by another unknown male.

This case remains under investigation.
