Teenager wounded in Norfolk drive-by shooting

Norfolk, Va. – A teenager was injured Sunday night in a drive-by shooting.

According to police, the 17-year-old was shot near around 6:50 p.m. near the intersection of East Olney Road and Lincoln St.

The victim told officers he heard a car drive by before he was shot.

The teen was taken to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital with a non-life threatening injury.

Police do not have a suspect or description of the car at this time.
