Arrest made in Monday night murder of Norfolk teen

Norfolk, Va. - A Norfolk teen was shot to death inside a home on Wilson Road shortly before midnight Monday evening.

Police have identified the victim as 15-year-old Jacquil Harris, who lived on Chapel Street in Tidewater Gardens.

Shortly before 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, the Norfolk Police Fugitive Squad, along with the assistance of the U.S. Marshal’s Task Force located and arrested 18-year-old Michael Johnson of Norfolk.

He has been charged with 2nd Degree Murder and Use of a Firearm in the Commission of a Felony.
