Virginia Beach, Va. – An angel made with recycled wings; a range of casual and formal wear made from trash; and the team from First Colonial High School were the big winners Saturday, February 28 at the 2015 Lynnhaven Trashion Show.
Talented student designers and 38 models from six local high schools (Cox, First Colonial, Green Run, Landstown, and Ocean Lakes) ‘put the environment center stage’ in front of a crowd of hundreds at Lynnhaven Mall presenting original designs using nothing but trash, recycled materials, and a lot of creativity.
