NEW YORK (CNNMoney) — Kraft is recalling 240,000 cases of macaroni and cheese because some boxes may contain small pieces of metal.
The issue affects 7.25-ounce boxes of the original flavor with a Sept. 18, 2015 use-by-date shipped to the United States, Puerto Rico, and some Caribbean countries.
The company said customers should return the mac and cheese to the store where they purchased it for a full refund or exchange. They also can call Kraft at 1-800-816-9432 to get their refund.
Kraft received 8 complaints about the issue, but is not aware of any injuries due to the metal pieces.
