Norfolk, Va. – After battling an illness, Gladys Knight is now ready to take the stage May 29, 2015 at 8:00 p.m. at Chrysler Hall.

The eight-time Grammy winner was originally scheduled to perform Sunday, March 8 but was forced to postpone and has rescheduled for May 29th. Tickets for the previous concert will be honored at the new show; refunds are available for original ticket holders until April 1.

Knight has recorded more than 38 albums, enjoyed #1 hits on the Pop, Gospel, R&B, and Adult Contemporary charts, and triumphed in film, television and live performance. Her most recent solo album “At Last” (2001) proved she still has what it takes to record a hit album.

Knight has devoted her time as a spokesperson for the American Diabetes Association, and continues to partner with the American Cancer Society, Boys & Girls Club of America, and the Minority AIDS Project amFAR and Crisis Intervention.

Her faith in God has been the driving force behind all of Knight’s endeavors, guiding her right back to the Norfolk stage in May!
