National Geographic explorer Paul Rose was on a Pristine Seas expedition to the Seychelles when he and his cameraman stumbled upon a pair of giant tortoises mating on Assumption Island.
The very angry male chased them off, but was so slow the group was able to film their own escape.
The video has been watched over three million times on YouTube.
