Norfolk, Va. – Norfolk Fire-Rescue put out a fire in The Future Antique store and Norfolk Discount Furniture early Sunday afternoon.
Officials received a call of a commercial fire in the 3800 block of Granby Street around 2:05 p.m. On scene, smoke and flames were showing from an attached shed in the rear of the two businesses.
Crews were able to quickly put out the fire, and contained it within the shed. A small amount of smoke traveled through the business but no one was injured.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
