Suffolk, Va. – A tractor trailer driver, 22-year-old Troy Meads, has been charged after officials say he failed to maintain control of the vehicle he was driving causing an accident on Tuesday.
He was charged with reckless driving and failure to maintain control.
The accident involved another tractor trailer in the 7800 block of S. Quay Road just after Elwood Road in the Holland borough.
Both of the trailers were empty and no one was injured.
One of the trailers was on its side and caused traffic back-ups in the area.
