Pulaski County, Va. – The parents of a five-year-old Pulaski County boy found dead in a septic tank at his family’s home after nearly a week-long search, have been charged with abuse and neglect just a day after their son’s funeral.
Ashley White, 30, and Paul Thomas, 32, were each charged with two counts of abuse and neglect of children in connection to Noah Thomas’ death and abuse and neglect of their six-month-old daughter, according to WDBJ.
They are being held without bond in the New River Valley Regional Jail.
Noah’s body was found in the septic tank on March 26th. He was reporting missing on March 22nd.
An initial autopsy was finished Friday, according to WDBJ, but officials say a full autopsy will not be finished for several weeks.
