Hampton, Va. - Police need you to take action against crime.  They're looking for the person who shot at a car with three people inside.

Police have identified the suspect as Hakeem Bing, 21.

Bing is wanted on several charges including attempted maiming and shooting at an occupied vehicle.

Those charges all stem from an incident that happened in early December.

Police say Bing got into an argument with a 20-year-old woman he knows.  They were on Tudor Ct., which is near N. King St.

According to police, at one point the woman and two sixteen-year-olds got into a car and started to leave.

That's when police say Bing pulled out a gun and shot at the car.

No one was hurt, but police say he should be considered armed and dangerous.

Police have been looking for him for nearly four months, so they say any tip about him, no matter how small, is important.
