Hampton, Va. – A 48-year-old man has been arrested after police say he burned a home in Hampton on April 3rd.
Police have charged Terry Lee Rhodes with two felonies including threatening to burn and burning and destroying a dwelling house.
This happened at the homeless camp on 1930 East Pembroke Avenue.
Rhodes was arrested on April 10th without incident.
He is now in the Hampton City Jail.
