Suffolk, Va. - Virginia State Police have identified the woman found unresponsive inside a vehicle at the Monitor Merrimac Memorial Bridge-Tunnel on April 21st.
The woman was found inside of a vehicle on the right shoulder of the northbound lanes of I-664 at the MMMBT around 4:34 a.m.
The woman was pronounced deceased at the scene. She has been identified as 36-year-old Tara Marie Vaughan-Williams of Chesapeake.
Special Agents continue to investigate and work along with the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner to determine cause of death.
