Tracking storms and a cool down… Expect a cool start this morning with temperatures in the 40s and 50s. Highs will warm into the mid and upper 70s this afternoon. We will start with plenty of sunshine today but clouds will build this afternoon as a cold front approaches.
The front may also trigger scattered showers and storms that will move in this afternoon and early evening. A few storms could be strong to severe with our biggest threat being high winds. It will be a windy day overall with gusts to near 30 possible. Cooler air will move in behind the front, with highs in the 60s for the end of the work week and weekend. We will see another chance for rain Saturday afternoon into Sunday morning.
