Chesapeake, Va. – A man was found unresponsive in his car in Chesapeake Saturday afternoon.
Officials responded to a man laying inside a silver Mercedes in the 900 block of Lake Village Drive at 2:40 p.m.
Upon arrival, 28-year-old Jamal Sampson was found dead from a gunshot wound. There is suspect information.
