Camden County, NC – The U.S. Coast Guard pulled a body out of the Pasquotank River on Monday after a passing boater saw it floating at the mouth of the North River.
Calls came in about this incident at 2:43 p.m.
The body was found near the Camden Point Shores area which is three miles south of Camden Point.
The body was recovered at 5:13 p.m.
Three crabbers were reported missing on April 21st and police believe this body could be one of those individuals. This has not been confirmed yet. They will continue their search on Tuesday.
The body has been taken to the medical examiner.
