Accomack County, Va. – A 21-year-old woman was killed in a two-vehicle crash in Accomack County on Tuesday, according to Virginia State Police.
The crash occurred at the intersection of Route 695 (Saxis Road) and Route 693 (Neal Parker Road).
Police say a 2007 Freightliner truck was traveling eastbound on Saxis Road when the driver of a 2008 Ford Focus failed to acknowledge a stop sign and collided with the truck.
The 21-year-old driver of the Ford, identified as Shameka Shamra Wallop of Seaford, Delaware, died at the scene.
