Suffolk, Virginia – The Mills E. Godwin Bridge has reopened after being closed in both directions due to a three vehicle accident.
The accident happened around 6:20am in the 2200 block of Bridge Road on the Godwin Bridge.
The accident involved two vehicles and a pickup truck.
The only people in the vehicles were the drivers and each were transported to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The cause of the accident is under investigation.
