Under Armour has pulled a controversial ‘Band of Ballers’ shirt that depicted the imagery of raising the flag on Iwo Jima. Hundreds of people flooded the Facebook page of the athletic gear maker with complaints and tweeted their displeasure with the shirt.

The company issued the following statement after pulling the shirt off the market:
