Baltimore, Md. - Wednesday he was in Norfolk playing with the Tides, but today Mike Wright made his MLB debut for the Baltimore Orioles in front of over 41,000 fans.
The Orioles facing the LA Angels who were on a five game winning streak, but that momentum didn't scare Wright. In fact, his first major league strike out was none other than AL MVP Mike Trout.
Wright ended the day with 7 1/3 innings pitched, six strike outs and allowed 4 hits. O's go on to win 3-0.
