Norfolk, Va. – Police are investigating after a man was found shot in the 200 block of East Virginia Beach Blvd. shortly before 3am Tuesday morning.
The man was transported to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital with what appear to be non-life threatening wounds.
The man would not tell officers where the shooting actually occurred, police say.
