Virginia Beach, Va. - Boards decorated in flowers were floated out in honor of our fallen heroes and current service members today at the Virginia Beach Oceanfront.
Folks got together for the Hawaiian style paddle out and joined in prayer to remember the men and women who served our country.
The annual event is part of the Steel Pier Classic which kicked off summer surfing this past Saturday.
