Newport News - On May 13th, a 41-year-old woman looked out of her apartment window to find a man looking into her bedroom masturbating, according to Newport News Police.
Although it's been two weeks since the incident, the Peeping Tom is still on the loose, putting neighbors in the Newport Commons Apartment Complex on edge.
"It's something to worry about because there are a massive amount of children out here. So you have to worry about are they looking at the adults or are they looking at the kids," said Sonja Lucas, a resident.
