Toddler dies after being found unresponsive in Portsmouth pool

Portsmouth, Va.- A small child is dead after he was found unresponsive in a pool in Portsmouth on Thursday.
Calls came in at 1:30 p.m.
The child was found in the 2200 block of Rose Avenue.
Crews administered CPR, but the child was pronounced dead at the hospital.
