Isle of Wight, Va. - A 50-year-old man was killed Thursday night in a car crash in Isle of Wight.
Frank L. Turner of Carrollton, Virginia, was driving northbound on Route 117 south of Route 32 when he ran off the road and struck a tree around 10pm. He was killed on impact.
State police say alcohol played a factor in the accident and Turner was not wearing his seat belt.
