Norfolk, Va. - A 28-year-old man has been taken to the hospital after he was shot in Norfolk on Monday afternoon.
At around 2:45 p.m., police were called about a gunshot victim in a parking lot located in the 200 block of Ligon Street.
When they arrived on the scene, police found the man who had been shot.
His injuries appear to be non-life threatening police say.
