Isle of Wight County, Va. - An Isle of Wight deputy accused of kissing a teenage girl in his office will be in court on Monday.
Alvin Wood is accused of sexually abusing a student at Smithfield High School.
He worked at the school as a school resource officer.
After his arrest, he resigned from the sheriff's office.
Wood is scheduled to be in court for a preliminary hearing today.
