Virginia Beach, Va. — A Virginia Beach woman could not believe her eyes when she won $100,000 on a Virginia Lottery ticket at a red light.

After a trip to the eye doctor, Kimberly Webster stopped at Farm Fresh on 2129 General Booth Boulevard in Virginia Beach. She bought a Winner Take All ticket, which she scratched to reveal her winnings on her way home.

“I can’t believe this!” was her reaction.

Ms. Webster said she has no immediate plans for her winnings except to pay her bills.

Winner Take All is one of the dozens of Scratcher games from the Virginia Lottery. It features prizes ranging from $5 to $100,000.

This is the second top prize claimed in the games, meaning eight $100,000 prizes have yet to be claimed.

The odds of winning the top prize are 1 in 734,400. The odds of winning any prize in this game are 1 in 4.3.
