Norfolk, Va. - The Girl Scouts of the Colonial Coast have opened their doors to men with a program called the Man Enough Campaign.
The purpose of this campaign is for men to see how important their role is in helping young ladies become leaders in today’s society.
For men to be a part of this campaign they must pay an annual membership fee of $75 and must be 18 years or older.
Sunday, June 28th from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. at Smartmouth Brewery in Norfolk, a kickoff event will be held to welcome the new members of the Man Enough Campaign. The event is open to males and females 21 years and older.
Our own WTKR Chief Meteorologist Patrick Rockey is also a member of this campaign.
