Newport News, Va.- A 62-year-old homeless man was arrested Friday and charged with arson in connection to an incident that occurred Tuesday at the

Officers responded to the station and found that a picnic table behind the station had been set on fire.

Steven Allen Ussery was identified as a suspect during the investigation. He was placed under arrest on Friday and remains in the Newport News City Jail.
