Norfolk, Va. – Crews responded to a report of smoke in the building at P.B. Young Elementary School in Norfolk, according to officials.
The call came in at 10:02 a.m. P.B. Young Elementary School is located at 543 E. Olney Road.
According to the Public Relations Coordinator for Norfolk Public Schools Karen Tanner, a summer camp program in the building was evacuated, but was given the clear to return and continue normal operation.
Officials are still investigating.
