Position: Creative Services Writer/Producer
Reports To: Creative Services Director
Station: WTKR and WGNT, Norfolk Virginia
The dynamic duo, WTKR-TV, NewsChannel 3 and WGNT 27, has an exciting opportunity for a motivated promotions producer looking to work in a creative environment.
Qualified candidate must have a minimum of 2-3 years of promotional television producing experience. Candidates must have a vast non-linear editing toolkit and know viewer benefit. Projects will include, but not limited to, producing daily news promos, station image campaigns and sweeps promos to include radio and print ads.
Successful candidates must have solid writing skills and the ability to work in a team environment with a winning attitude. By the way, Norfolk, Virginia is minutes from the beach and a few short hours away from the mountains.
