Virginia Beach, Va. -- Police are searching for a suspect that stole a phone from a car in a parking lot.
On June 18 between 10:30 AM and 11 AM, the unknown person in the video entered the victim's vehicle that was parked in the Walgreens parking lot at 856 Military Highway. A Samsung Galaxy 4 smartphone was stolen from the vehicle.
