Dare County, NC – A 23-year-old man has been arrested in Dare County after deputies say he showed obscene images and videos to children.
This happened at a campground in Waves, NC.
A deputy there spoke to two victims and other witnesses.
After this investigation, deputies arrested Joseph Lee Edwards. They were able to locate him in Nags Head.
He has been charged with dissemination of obscene materials to minors.
He was released on a $10,000 secured bond.
