Chesapeake’s Ben Smith makes seventh CrossFit Games appearance

Chesapeake, Va. - CrossFit has officially become a sport and we have one of the best competitors right here in Hampton Roads.

Ben Smith, a 25-year-old Chesapeake native and Old Dominion University grad, will be making his seventh appearance in the CrossFit Games next week.

He's had four top 10 finishes and is one of only four men to make it to the podium multiple times.
