Friday’s VIPIR Forecast: Clearing skies

Clearing skies… We are still tracking scattered showers this morning, mainly on the Outer Banks. Rain showers will taper off through the morning. Clouds will be clearing from north to south through midday with plenty of sunshine this afternoon. Highs will return to the mid 80s today, just a bit below normal.

The weekend forecast looks great for this time of year. Expect plenty of sunshine both Saturday and Sunday with highs in the mid to upper 80s. We will warm back to near 90 next week with more humidity. Our next chance for rain is expected on Tuesday.

Tonight: A Few Clouds. Lows in the upper 60s. Winds: Light & Variable
