Hampton, Va. – Joseph Juan Smith, 35, died overnight after complications from a motorcycle crash.
Around 2:15 a.m., Hampton Police responded to a motorcycle crash with reports of critical injuries in the 700 block of Fairfield Boulevard.
Smith was pronounced deceased at the scene by members of the Hampton Fire and Rescue Division.
Police say a Honda Shadow motorcycle was traveling northbound on Fairfield Boulevard when the driver lost control and struck a parked car.
The crash remains under investigation.
