Granby Street and Plume Street reopen to traffic after months-long closure

Norfolk, Va. (WTKR) - The intersection of Granby Street and Plume Street, as well as Plume Street between Boush Street and Atlantic Street have been completely reopened to traffic.

The roadways were closed over the past few months for utility work.
