The Norfolk-based guided-missile cruiser USS Normandy has released a high-intensity video of the ship’s deployment with the USS Theodore Roosevelt Carrier Strike Group.
The Roosevelt is currently on a world deployment, and will return to its new home in San Diego as part of an unprecedented three-hull swap among the Navy’s aircraft carriers.
Joining the Big Stick and the Normandy on the deployment are the Norfolk-based USS Winston Churchill and USS Forrest Sherman.
