Man accused of exposing himself to woman in Williamsburg

Williamsburg, Va. – A man is accused of exposing himself to a woman in College Landing Park in Williamsburg.
Police say Hee Yun Jeon of James City County was arrested on August 2nd for indecent exposure.
She identified him in the park on August 1st. Warrants were then drawn for his arrest.
He is now being held in the Virginia Peninsula Regional Jail.
